This is a before and after picture of the kitchen and living area of a completely remodeled home in Niceville. This is an older home that had to be raised and leveled. The room shown was four rooms before we started.
This home was completely remodeled in Niceville. The ceiling was raised, dormers were added and additional moulding and special features were included.
This "before & after" picture is of a small house in Choctaw beach that had been gutted. As you can see, we added a new entry to the front of the house. with all new windows. The interior is brand new including electrical, plumbing, and heat & air. New walls, bath, kitchen. A completely new design was drawn for the interior in order to utilize all available space.
This house is in Blue Water Bay. Both picture are of the same house at different phases. An upstairs bedroom was extended and all doors were changed on the back of the house and new balcony added.
