Before we get to the actual construction phase of a project, large or small, there are may phases to pass and hurdles to jump.
We have our own in-house designer. We have arcitects and engineers that we use for our jobs. If you have your own we will gladly work to their specifications.

- Desires will become known, measurements taken, and estimates established.
- Almost all construction projects, large or small, require permits.
- To get a permit a detailed job description has to be drawn up with prices, and desired changes to your home, business or industry.
- In cases where structure is altered or added, a drawing will have to be drafted and approved by a certified engineer before taking it to the Building and Inspection Office for approval.
- Once your imaginations are put on paper and approved, we will make your dream a reality
