Residential Working in the different phases of construction throughout the years has qualified us for the most challenging of renovations or remodeling or new additions to your home. We can use your plans or ours. Using our many years of experience, we can make your dreams a reality and put your thoughts into real life. We are expert at using all available space, whether it be a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, or the entire house. We also have available plans for a new garage, or a work shop. If you are into auto restorations, ceramics or wood working . . . we can utilize new or used space to make this productive for you. Our decks, gazebos and pergolas are some of the most appealing anywhere.
Commercial and Industrial - Out of necessity, we learned to do commercial work. Throughout the years we have built friendships and relationships with clients and peers. One thing always leads to another. We have done most any kind of commercial and industrial work. We built an addition onto the Highway Patrol's office in Albany, Georgia. We renovated the entire roof system for U.S. Steel and installed their corrugated asphalt siding onto their agriculture building. The roof alone was over an acre in size and the siding was a year long job that had to be fitted with a crane and in some areas, about 80 feet high.. We have rebuilt hangers in Kuwait, and fabricated some very large metal buildings. We have built solid tilt-up concrete walls, and the Styrofoam Lego style walls that are filled with steel and concrete. We've installed machinery and equipment elevators and conveyor belts.
We've completely remodeled several restaurants including the Cayenne Café (since closed) in Niceville, Florida. At the Cayenne Café, we built all the service and liquor bars, the waitress stations, and all special shelving, glass holders, all walls, offices and bathrooms. We remodeled the exterior walls and added doors in the concrete blocks and built special fences.
We completely remodeled the interior of the Northrop Grumman Building here in Niceville. Installed new walls and décor and hallways throughout. This includes new bathrooms, a conference centers, a theater, electrical, plumbing, and heat and air.
We have remodeled and built new horse stables, barns, and fencing. If you have a commercial project . . . we can do it.
